Arrival and Departure Expectations

• Hotel Accommodations: Provided for the nights of Monday, October 5, and Tuesday, October 6.
• Extended Stay: If you wish to extend your stay, please indicate this on the registration form. Additional nights are subject to availability and at your own expense.
• Travel: Please arrange your transportation to arrive in Colorado Springs by 11AM local time on Monday, October 5 and depart on Wednesday, October 7.
• Check-in/Check-out: Hotel confirmation and other details will be provided in the pre-event communication.
