Arrival and Departure Expectations

• Hotel Accommodations: Provided for the nights of Monday, 29 June, and Tuesday, 30 June.
• Extended Stay: If you wish to extend your stay, please indicate this on the registration form. Additional nights are subject to availability and at your own expense.
• Travel: Please arrange your transportation to arrive in Split by 11AM local time on Monday, 29 June and depart early afternoon on Wednesday, 1 July
• Check-in/Check-out: Hotel confirmation and other details will be provided in the pre-event communication.

The Venue

Le Méridien Lav, Split is a 5-star beachfront resort in Podstrana, 8 km south of Split, offering 379 modern rooms with sea-view balconies. It is situated on the Dalmatian Coast, providing a quiet retreat close to Diocletian’s Palace. The hotel combines contemporary luxury in a prime beach front setting, complete with several dining options, marina, and multiple pools. It is a 26km taxi from the Split Airport.
